I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were impeccably clean, spacious, and very comfortable, creating a cozy atmosphere. The service was top-notch, with an amazing and very friendly staff always going the extra mile. The location was ideal, surrounded by great places to eat and shop. However, the dining experience was a bit slow at times, and I wished there were more dining options available. Overall, a great value for money choice.
I was pleasantly surprised by the modern and nice rooms that wind a long way through the hotel, although the lack of signposts was a bit confusing. However, facing the parking lot was not as appealing as I hoped. The service was very helpful and friendly, even wishing us a happy anniversary, but the outdated rooms and issues like overbilling were disappointing. The location, while beautiful, was a bit far from downtown with limited shuttle service. The dining experience had good options, but the service was slow at times. The hotel facilities were generally satisfactory.
My stay at this hotel was truly impeccable. The rooms were white-glove clean and very spacious, providing a private oasis for relaxation. The service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience. The location in the Ballantyne area was convenient for exploring Charlotte, although some areas needed improvement. Dining experiences were delightful, and the facilities were top-notch.
The hotel had a nice view overlooking the finishing hole, with very comfortable rooms. Although my room wasn't ready upon arrival at 4 pm, it was still illuminated with a lovely blue glow at night. However, the dining area felt a bit like eating in a basement.
