The Ballantyne, A Luxury Collection Hotel, Charlotte, Charlotte

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were impeccably clean, spacious, and very comfortable, creating a cozy atmosphere. The service was top-notch, with an amazing and very friendly staff always going the extra mile. The location was ideal, surrounded by great places to eat and shop. However, the dining experience was a bit slow at times, and I wished there were more dining options available. Overall, a great value for money choice.

I was pleasantly surprised by the modern and nice rooms that wind a long way through the hotel, although the lack of signposts was a bit confusing. However, facing the parking lot was not as appealing as I hoped. The service was very helpful and friendly, even wishing us a happy anniversary, but the outdated rooms and issues like overbilling were disappointing. The location, while beautiful, was a bit far from downtown with limited shuttle service. The dining experience had good options, but the service was slow at times. The hotel facilities were generally satisfactory.

The hotel had a nice view overlooking the finishing hole, with very comfortable rooms. Although my room wasn't ready upon arrival at 4 pm, it was still illuminated with a lovely blue glow at night. However, the dining area felt a bit like eating in a basement.
